Rules for Ops :

:: Do not ban or kick anyone due to personnel problems.
:: Do not OP anyone who is not in the user list.
:: Should monitor closely what's going on in the channel.
:: Do warn twice, a user before banning.
:: Do not remove access without consultation of
channel manager or his assistants.
:: Do not give access more than 250 for the first time;
:: Access would be raised gradually according to
his/her services for the channel.
:: Do not set a topic, which contains an obscene
language or defamation.
:: Do not ignore any joiner who asks for a favor.
